Managing Marketers' Face-Time
July 28, 2009
FaceTime Strategy, a service marketing and public relations firm with offices in Dallas and Washington, DC, launched Market Master, an online marketing solution.

Utilizing a customer database mining algorithm, the Market Master system was designed to provide a single solution for creating holistic marketing outreach materials; variable print on-demand materials; dynamic e-mails; and customer-driven marketing reports.

The technology's Roles and Permissions module is intended to ensure data security across an organization while offering user-unique program access and data visibility. It also was designed to enable corporate offices to more easily provide targeted marketing support to its affiliates. Users are able to create direct mail pieces featuring custom content and e-mail that includes live offers and instant customer polling while integrating with a customer database marketing tool intended to make marketing easier and more results-oriented.

"Creating dynamic, customer-focused marketing is the heart of Market Master," says Todd Mason, chairman and CEO of FaceTime Strategy. "Its ability to turn a customer's database into an ROI-focused marketing tool makes it a must for any business looking to spend marketing dollars in the most effective way and drive sales."

The Market Master Enterprise Edition, which is now available, focuses on retail, franchise, and fortune 1000 companies with large databases that need to segment data and efficiently reach customers. In the fall of 2009, FaceTime plans to release the Market Master Free Market Edition, which will be focused on small to mid-sized businesses aiming to capitalize and quantify their marketing efforts, but which do not need the level of interaction that large corporations need.
