Rymax Marketing Partners With American Express September 25, 2008 Gift card is now part of award portfolio

Corporate clients of Rymax Marketing Services Inc. now "Don't have to leave home without it," thanks to a new partnership with American Express. The Pine Brook, New Jersey national manufacturer's representative recently announced the availability of the American Express Gift Card for sales incentives, employee recognition programs, customer loyalty campaigns and more.
"The partnership with American Express strengthens Rymax's ability to provide our clients with choice. In addition to more than 200 product lines and retail gift card options, our clients now have access to one of the most recognizable gift cards in the marketplace," says Jessica Brown, manager of special projects for Rymax Marketing Inc. "The addition of the American Express Gift Card further diversifies the options Rymax can offer their clients, and can easily be incorporated into existing incentive and reward programs, while also providing a platform on which to build new programs."
The American Express Gift Card is available in denominations of $50 or $200, and can be used at U.S. retailers and restaurants that accept the card. In the event that the card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced. Additionally, the card be personalized with the recipient’s name.
Instant recognition makes the card a motivating incentive award. "The American Express Gift Card can be used virtually everywhere American Express is accepted. American Express is one of the most recognizable names in the world, and brings with it the connotation of luxury and prestige," says Brown. "The American Express Gift Card allows the recipient to receive an item that has trophy value that they can then use to purchase something tangible. Because the recipient cannot convert the card to cash, they are given the opportunity to use their reward to purchase an item they want, and will remember how that item was purchased, how it was earned, and who gave it to them."
