Driving Rewards: HHonors Members Earn With Budget Rent-A-Car May 22, 2008 HHonors Members Can Receive Discounts and Earn Bonus Points on Qualifying Budget Rentals
Hilton HHonors, the global guest loyalty program, has announced a new alliance with Budget Rent A Car, which will provide HHonors members to earn additional HHonors points and receive up to 20 percent off when they rent from Budget.
To celebrate this new alliance, Hilton HHonors has announced that it will offer members up to 2,000 HHonors bonus points for renting a car at participating Budget locations in the U.S. or Canada through June 30, 2008. A rental for one to three days earns 1,000 HHonors bonus points; for rentals of four days or more, members will receive 2,000 HHonors bonus points.
"By offering more car rental alliances than many competing programs, Hilton HHonors provides members with more ways to conveniently earn points while they travel," says Adam Burke, senior vice president of customer loyalty for Hilton Hotels Corporation. "With over 1,900 car rental locations and 50 years in the business, Budget is a fit for our program. Now, HHonors members can enjoy the great value and service provided by Budget while earning HHonors bonus points."
