As the media and politicians paint incentive travel as rewarding the top-ranking executives, the reality of who incentive programs actually reward is often misunderstood. Incentive Marketing Association Executive Director Karen Renk (first speaker) and Site CEO Brenda Anderson (second speaker) discussed the actual impact of incentive programs and how to communicate this during Industry Defence Roundtable, held by SMM's sister publication, Incentive, shortly after Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) introduced the TARP Taxpayer Protection and Corporate Responsibility Act.
