Gift cards can be much more valuable than the amount of money stored on them. As both corporate and consumer incentive programs evolve in their use of gift cards, the pieces of plastic offer ways to attract and retain customers, yet only a few companies are doing it right now. During Incentive's 4th Annual Gift Card Roundtable, Giftex Prepay's director of research Dan Horne discussed the expanding possibilities of gift cards as incentive awards.
