Augeo Incent Acquires IncentOne’s Performance and Loyalty Division

Augeo Incent has purchased the Performance and Loyalty Solutions business of IncentOne, a privately held incentive and technology company located in Lyndhurst, N.J.

"We will continue to provide best-in-class systems and rewards including gift cards, cash rewards, merchandise and travel. In addition, we are streamlining our fulfillment process to provide the highest level of service to each client," says Adam Berenson, EVP of Augeo Incent and former IncentOne COO.

Augeo Incentive is a division of St. Paul, MN–based Augeo Affinity Marketing. Founded in 1999, Augeo is a privately held company that develops, manages and provides end-to-end support for sales incentives, business-to-business loyalty solutions, rewards and recognition, and customer loyalty programs. Clients’ industries include foodservice, distribution, retail, publishing, home improvement, insurance and high profile member associations.

Augeo also has offices in Phoenix, New York and Islandia, N.Y.
