Incentive and meeting planners are tasked with planning not only affordable events but also memorable ones. To help them do both, Royal Caribbean International has introduced a new, revamped version of, its online portal for corporate meetings, incentives, and charters at sea.

According to Royal Caribbean, its new online portal features a revamped design that's easier and more intuitive to use, as well as a new search engine that connects in real time to the company's inventory system, allowing planners to check ship availability based on criteria such as group size, travel dates, destination, length of meeting, departure port, level of accommodations, etc. Incentive planners can use the new website to create their own accounts, save searches and profiles, search for availability, send a request for proposal, and access a library of information and resources "to help planners create an incredible event on a stretched budget" aboard one of Royal Caribbean's nearly two dozen cruise ships.

"Royal Caribbean International's fleet of 22 of the world's most innovative cruise ships are the perfect destinations for company meetings and incentive travel," says Lori Cassidy, Royal Caribbean's director of corporate, incentive, and charter sales. "Companies get more for their dollar by hosting an event on Royal Caribbean, with meeting spaces and A/V equipment, meals and entertainment, our signature Gold Anchor Service, and much more included in the cruise fare. We are delighted to offer corporate travel and meeting planners more direct access to information, inventory, and pricing than ever before with the new"

Royal Caribbean—which claims to be the only cruise line that offers dedicated meeting facilities aboard every ship in its fleet—can accommodate groups of up to 1,400, or up to 6,400 for groups that are interested in full-ship charters.
