The Lodge, a private event venue, has opened at Saratoga Casino and Raceway in Saratoga Springs, NY. The historic building, constructed at the turn of the century as the residence of businessman and horsebreeder Harry Payne Whitney, is open for private events as well as cocktails at 5:00 PM on all race days throughout the summer. The venue can accommodate groups of up to 100, with another 200 in a tented area.

"Restoring this historic space is truly an honor for us," says Colleen Carlson, director of sales at Saratoga Casino and Raceway. "The Lodge holds a special place in the history of Saratoga Springs and we are delighted to be able to open it to our guests during the summer meet as well as for distinctive events year-round."

The Lodge will officially open for evening cocktails on July 24, the opening day of Saratoga Race Course. Groups can book here.
