Hyatt Hotels Corp. yesterday opened a new Hyatt House extended-stay hotel in Naples, FL. Located along the Gordon River and walkable to downtown Naples, including the revitalized 5th Avenue South shopping district, the waterfront property is the city's first new hotel in more than eight years.

The Hyatt House Naples/Fifth Avenue has 183 residentially-inspired guest rooms -- including 120 suites with full kitchens -- and 3,160 square feet of meeting space.

On the food and beverage front, offerings include a fresh food market, complimentary grocery service for guests who want to utilize their in-suite kitchen, complimentary breakfast, and a full-service restaurant, not to mention specialized culinary programming such as take-and-go gourmet picnics, catch-and-cook fishing experiences, and create-your-own-Moscow-Mule options.

Other amenities include a 24/7 fitness studio with a "cardio theatre" offering views of the surrounding marina; a resort-style, zero depth entry pool that also features marina views; a hot tub; an outdoor grilling area; a marina concierge that can help guests rent boats, kayaks, and paddle boards; and dock slips for boaters.
