Asian hotelier Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group will open its second South Florida hotel, Mandarin Oriental, Boca Raton, in late 2017, it announced this week.

Located in downtown Boca Raton, FL, the hotel will comprise two towers. In one, there will be 100 private residences, and in the other 158 guest rooms. Amenities will include a rooftop restaurant and bar, a golf course, a cake shop, a club lounge, a spa, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, a 4,500-square-foot ballroom, and several conference rooms.

"We are delighted to be opening a new luxury hotel in South Florida's key tourism and commercial district, and look forward to bringing Mandarin Oriental's legendary levels of hospitality to this exciting project," said Mandarin Oriental CEO Edouard Ettedgui. "This new development complements the award-winning Mandarin Oriental, Miami, and will provide a sophisticated and elegant retreat for guests and residents alike."
