Its newest hotel, the Loews Chicago Hotel, has opened in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood, Loews Hotels & Resorts announced this week.

Located just one block north of the Chicago River and two blocks east of the Magnificent Mile, the property features 400 guest rooms, a signature restaurant from Iron Chef Jose Garces, a luxury spa and fitness center with a 75-foot lap pool, Chicago's largest outdoor rooftop terrace, and over 29,000 square feet of meeting space.

"Returning to Chicago with a branded hotel has been a goal of ours for some time now," Loews Hotels & Resorts Chairman Jonathan M. Tisch said in a statement. "It is especially exciting for us to be able to expand our footprint by adding such a spectacular property at a time when Chicago is thriving."
