As MGM Resorts International prepares to build a new theater at its current home, Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, the Blue Man Group is being relocated, it announced today: Effective this fall, it will move to Luxor, which was its original home when the show debuted in Las Vegas in 2000.

"We have a strong affection for Luxor and are thrilled to return to this one-of-a-kind property," Blue Man Group Co-Founder Phil Stanton said in a statement. "We always embrace the opportunity to update and reimagine our show. At Luxor, we'll have the ideal theater perfect for a completely immersive, multi-sensory experience. We plan to bring the intimacy of our New York City show and the spectacle of Las Vegas to our new home at Luxor."

Luxor's current entertainment resident, Jabbawockeez, will move to MGM Grand.
