In 2014, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is planning to open four new properties, one in the United States, and the other three in Russia, South Africa, and Dubai, all slated to open in mid- to late 2014.

The 434-room Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort will actually reside within a gated residential community, the Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort. Among its features, it will have an 18-hole championship Tom Fazio-designed Osprey Ridge Golf Course,that is being renovated and managed by Four Seasons. The hotel will also have three dining venues, a full-service 20-room spa, and an extensive pool area that caters to both adults and children.

In Moscow, the company will open the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow which will have 175 rooms, including 36 suites. The hotel is being designed as a modern replica of the 1930's-era Hotel Moskva and is centrally located, adjacent to the entrance gates of Moscow's Red Square, with views of the Kremlin. The property will have two restaurants, a tea lounge, bar, and indoor poolside cafe, and a 14-room spa.

The 114-room Four Seasons Hotel Westcliff in Johannesburg, South Africa, is located near the Johannesburg Zoo and guests may even be able to spot some of the zoo's residents from their guest room terraces. Designed like a Mediterranean village, it will have courtyards, fountains, gardens, two restaurants, a bar, and a spa with six treatment rooms.

In Dubai, the 220-room Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach will offer 220 rooms on a 14-acre beachfront location at the northern end of the popular Jumeirah Beach Road, close to the central business district of Dubai. It will have three restaurants, poolside dining, a spa, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, and a private beach club.
