Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has opened a new hotel in Seoul, it announced last week.

"Seoul has emerged as one of the most exciting, inventive, and inspiring cities in the world, and Four Seasons is right in the center of the energy," said General Manager Lubosh Barta.

Located in the central business district of South Korea's capital city, the new Four Seasons Hotel Seoul has 317 guest rooms and suites; seven restaurants and bars; a three-story, 64,430-square-foot club that includes a spa, "mask" and "nail" bars, a gym, three pools, and an indoor golf experience; and meeting space for groups of up to 500, including two ballrooms of 8,000 and 5,000 square feet, respectively, and seven breakout rooms.

Other highlights include motorized window coverings that allow guests to customize the light or darkness in their room, floral arrangements created by Tokyo-based floral designer Nicolai Bergmann, and a curated art collection created by LTW Designworks.
