Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has created a new parent company -- Associated Luxury Hotels -- geared to luxury-level and upper-upscale independent hotels and resorts, and independent hotel brands, around the world. While ALHI will remain concentrated on serving the meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions marketplace for its membership of more than 250 AAA Four- and Five-diamond hotels and resorts worldwide, Associated Luxury Hotels will develop an expanded menu of services globally.

"Associated Luxury Hotels will consist of complementing global sales organizations specializing in serving independently owned or operated hotels around the world," said ALHI CEO and Associated Luxury Hotels' chairman David Gabri (pictured above) during ALHI's annual global sales meeting at Chateau Élan in Atlanta.

"We are launching Associated Luxury Hotels as the parent company of ALHI now, in preparation, so that we can share insights and offer a broader range of market services beyond the North American meetings and incentive marketplace, which will include transient business travel, leisure travel, loyalty solutions, and distribution. This next step in the evolution from ALHI's 30 years of dedicated group business is in response to the growing competitive needs of our distinguished member hotels and resorts, and persistent inquiries from other luxury-level independent hotels and resorts worldwide."

Associated Luxury Hotels owns and operates ALHI. It plans to soon announce an expansion of its ALHI global sales team into Europe and new services and offerings to expand its geographic reach and market penetration.
