In August, Incentive hosted its 16th Annual Industry Roundtable, bringing together a dozen leaders from all segments of the reward and recognition industry to discuss the many issues influencing and affecting the incentive business. The Roundtable is Incentive's September/October cover story.

In this video, Roundtable participant David Sturt, executive vice president of marketing and business development for global recognition and engagement firm O.C. Tanner, discusses the fact that corporate executives no longer question the value of recognition programs but see them as a way to attract and retain top talent, and how technology can create "consumer-grade" experiences.
