In July, Incentive hosted its 15th Annual Industry Roundtable, bringing together a dozen leaders from all segments of the motivation industry to discuss the many issues influencing and affecting the incentive business.

In this video, Roundtable participant Cosimo Bruzzese, vice president of business development for New York destination management firm Briggs, Inc., a DMC Network Company, shares his view of an incentive travel industry that is strong across the board but booming in certain industry segments. He also sees a growing focus on the participant experience over the traditional bells and whistles as budgets increase.
