In July, Incentive hosted its 15th Annual Industry Roundtable, bringing together a dozen leaders from all segments of the motivation industry to discuss the many issues influencing and affecting the incentive business.

In this video, Roundtable participant Gary Slavonic, MAS, CPIM, of Top Brands, Inc. discusses why the incentive merchandise business rapid embrace of merchandise bars -- the experiential marketing events where winners get to pick an award from a selection of models and styles, such as Vera Bradley bags in the pattern of their choice.
