United Incentives announced today that Jeffrey P. Broudy has been promoted to president and COO of the Philadelphia-based full service incentive house.

Broudy was previously executive vice president and COO of the company. He is also a past President of the Board of Trustees of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF).

"Jeff led the development of many service and product enhancements that have helped clients improve their business and continuously moved people to action," said Michael J. Hurwitz, chairman and chief creative officer of United Incentives, in announcing the appointment. "The teams he's led in technology, marketing, and operations consistently make United Incentives a better company for all of our stakeholders.

Hurwitz also referenced the work Broudy has done with the IRF in recent years, helping lead the industry organization through a period of transition and substantial growth in both membership and in the quality, quantity, and diversity of the incentive industry research it offers. In doing this, Hurwitz said, Broudy "elevated the industry and gave our own team a view into how passion translates into action."

Brody added, "being recognized in the recognition industry is an honor and I give all the credit to the great team of people here who trust and support each other as we move our company forward."

United Incentives, Inc. has offices in Philadelphia, New Jersey and South Carolina.
