Incentive-rewards provider Rymax has had the same objective for over 20 years: using incentive merchandise to engage, empower and excite its clients' customers and employees. Although its mission remains unchanged, the Pine Brook, N.J.-based company announced this week that it has new ownership leading the charge -- current president Eve Kolakowski, who has purchased the business from founder and original owner Marc Farbstein.

Rymax's first female president, Kolakowski joined the company in 2000 and assumed the role of president in June 2018. Prior to that, she served as COO for 10 years beginning in 2008.

"The structure and operation of the organization remain the same, and we will continue to provide exceptional service, top brands and cutting-edge program solutions," Kolakowski said in a statement, in which the company indicated it plans to become a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise. "I am extremely excited to lead Rymax as a woman-owned business and look forward to the future," she added.

Rymax currently provides the incentive and loyalty marketing industry with approximately 15,000 products from more than 400 brands, more than 100 of which are exclusive to Rymax.
