Meeting and travel professionals who are members of its Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) loyalty program will now find it easier to track and earn loyalty points, according to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, which yesterday launched the SPG Dashboard, a new tool for SPG Pro members.

Highlights of the new SPG Dashboard include the following:

 Recognition of meeting planners via an SPG Pro "badge."
 An easily accessible account snapshot that includes stays and nights earned year-to-date, as well as what is required to get to the next tier.
 A central location for relevant promotions.
 Access to exclusive Starpoints opportunities, thanks to the addition of new bonus-earning activities. For example, planners can receive 100 bonus Starpoints for completing one of Starwood's "ProLearning" education modules or 500 bonus Starpoints for booking a STARPRO rate stay (discounted stays that are available to SPG Pro members who complete Starwood's "Loyalty" and "Brands" ProLearning modules).
