ITA Group of West Des Moines, IA, has acquired Chadwick Martin Bailey (CMB), a Boston-based market research and strategy firm, it announced yesterday. 

For three decades, CMB has specialized in advanced data analytics, consumer psychology, and market strategy consulting, which it leverages to assist its customers with market segment identification, brand health and positioning, customer journey and loyalty, and new product and service development. Acquiring it means ITA Group will now be able to provide its clients with targeted market research that helps them solve challenges related to its core business: event management, incentives, and employee recognition.

The acquisition was effective Sept. 1, 2017.
