This year's Incentive Live -- an annual hosted-buyer event for the incentive, loyalty and motivation industry from Northstar Meetings Group (Incentive's parent company) -- has announced plans for a more expansive, in-depth slate of education programming at this year's show.

To be held March 3-6 at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park, Incentive Live 2019 will feature a number of new education options for attendees. Chief among these is the 18th Annual Incentive Industry Roundtable, taking place live on stage, with leaders from every corner of the incentive world taking part in a lively discussion about the opportunities and challenges facing programs now. As in years past, the roundtable will delve into a wide range of issues -- but this time, attendees will be able to ask real-time questions and take part in the discussion.

Also new this year will be an interactive Ask the Experts experience, putting industry professionals at attendees' disposal for one-on-one advice. Hinda Incentives president Mike Donnelly will be offering best practices for building effective incentive partnerships; Howe & Hutton Ltd. president and senior founding partner Jonathan T. Howe will provide legal insights and discuss tax issues that can affect incentive programs; K&H Connection and Flourish Conference co-founder Holly Glowaty will offer attendees strategies for incorporating technologies such as blockchain into their programs. Participants will be able to speak with these experts about specific sticking points they've run into and getting advice for how to improve their programs.

The event will also feature bestselling author David Meerman Scott, courtesy of Goodman Speakers, who will address the changing rules of marketing and how to use them to better engage employees and customers. Maritz Motivation Solutions' Jesse Wolfersberger, author of the Incentive's Inside Pitch column, will delve into the capabilities of artificial intelligence for incentive programs. As always, the event also will feature peer-to-peer networking and social events to enhance the experience for buyers and suppliers.
