ITAGroup has partnered with digital media company Choose Digital, expanding its incentive offerings to include a massive library of digital movies, songs, and TV shows. ITAGroup, the Des Moines, IA-based incentive rewards and recognition company, has now expanded its selection of digital rewards at a range of redemption levels. 

The ITAGroup can now offer about 3 million songs, movies, and TV episodes, including new releases and classics. It also offers recipients more than 250,000 eBooks and audio books, all of which can be experienced on any computer, smartphone, or tablet. 

Participants who choose to redeem can do so through the ITAGroup’s Outstanding Performances Online Awards Catalog, where they will be presented with the Choose Digital library, where they can use their points to download the digital media. Recipients will then receive an email with a link to the file, allowing them to retrieve and experience the media at their convenience. 

“We are in a unique space with how people shop and experience their online awards, so when people make their redemption they might still be at work and want to watch it later or on another device,” says Larisa Mendenhall, director of individual awards for ITA Group. “The way we’ve set it up, it gives them the ability to download that can be instantaneous or they can watch later.”

Until this announcement, Choose Digital’s integrations had been directly with corporate partners like United Airlines and Marriot Hotels, used in the company’s consumer loyalty programs. ITAGroup is its first enterprise partner, allowing the company’s offerings to reach a wider range of companies and spaces including channel sales and employee recognition.

“It’s something different, it’s instant, the recipient doesn’t have to wait for anything to be shipped,” says Stephen Humphreys, founder and CEO of Choose Digital. “It’s an exciting new product, the consumer loves it for a lot of reasons, and the technology is ready for it.”
