Multinational organizations seeking incentive solutions have a new global option to consider. Incentive and recognition firm ITA Group has launched the new awards platform YayYou! aimed at providing seamless fulfillment for merchandise and gift cards for sales contests and other incentive programs. 

The new awards catalog covers 75 countries, is translated into nine different languages, and offers a vast array of awards delivered within about a week. 

The concept for the program grew out of demand that the West Des Moines, IA--based company was seeing from organizations interested in a solution that could be quickly set up and executed.

"We began recognizing a pattern, especially from tech companies," said John Auer, business development manager, West Coast, for ITA Group. "They tended to have budgets that might be quarterly or shorter, so building a big platform wasn't in the cards. They have an immediate need, but if they do it themselves, they find just 80 percent of their audience is covered."

He emphasized that with YayYou!, organizations will have a much speedier set-up and execution -- the whole operation is up and running in less than 15 days, according to ITA Group. It also can be funded by a variety of sources, whether internal departments or vendors and external partners. The program tracks points to the respective funding sources, and provides full reports on earnings and award redemptions.

Just as it is built to be flexible across regions and countries, YayYou! is also built on a responsive design platform to make it easier to use on mobile devices and tablets, since according to Auer "when you go global, you are far more likely to run into a tablet or smartphone than a desktop."

He adds that one of the biggest additions has been an expanded catalog of awards, with at least 5,000 awards in each country's catalog., customized for local tastes and requirements (such as power plugs).

"It's a pretty robust selection and a really robust number of countries," said Auer. "It's a really easy-to-use, cost-effective reward solution."
