With the loyalty and motivation business growing to mean more than sales and channel sales incentives, Dittman Incentive Marketing will celebrate its 40th anniversary with a new name that better reflects the solutions it provides now. 

On Aug. 1, the New Brunswick, NJ-based incentive, recognition, and rewards firm will rebrand as Next Level Performance, a Dittman Company. 

"This anniversary is the perfect time to take stock of the company's future," said Dave Dittman, the managing director. "Our sales and marketing incentive programs have helped clients achieve exceptional results for decades, but 'incentive marketing' no longer reflects the full range of products and services that we provide for our clients. Our employee engagement solutions use recognition and rewards, gamification, and social media elements to motivate multigenerational organizations. Everything we do is focused on helping people reach the next level of their potential, and we felt that the brand should reflect our passion for that goal."

Along with traditional sales and channel sales programs, the company also runs peer recognition and customer and consumer motivation programs, wellness incentives and safety programs, all with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI). Many of Dittman's programs run on its TotalPRO (Performance Recognition Online) platform, which offers more than 20,000 merchandise items, as well as brand-name gift cards, event tickets, and individual travel rewards from the Orbitz Partner Network. And of course it offers high-end, once-in-a-lifetime group travel programs.

Dittman also has Great Performers, a low-cost, fast-start turnkey recognition program with no costs other than awards redeemed; and Great Escapes, which offers white-glove, individually tailored travel incentive programs.
