Travel management and meeting planning company Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) has acquired Ormès, a French agency specializing in corporate meetings and events, it announced today. The company plans to combine Ormès with its meetings division, CWT Meetings & Events, in order to strengthen its corporate event offerings in France.

Clients of both companies will benefit from our strong creative culture, combined with consistent account management across the business," said Floyd Widener, senior vice president, CWT Meetings & Events global.
