North American loyalty, marketing, and consulting agency Bond Brand Loyalty is now a partner in the Maritz Global Meetings Network created by Maritz Global Events, the firm announced this week.

Launched in October 2014, the Maritz Global Meetings Network is a hand-selected network of international partners who have agreed to lend their regional knowledge, capabilities, and cultural solutions to Maritz clients planning international events. Toronto-based Bond Brand Loyalty -- which was part of Maritz Inc. until last year, when Maritz sold the business, formerly known as Maritz Loyalty Marketing, to its senior managers - will serve as meetings experts for Canada, helping Maritz clients plan and executive meetings and incentives north of the U.S. border.

Maritz said it chose Bond Brand Loyalty as its Canadian partner based on its "breadth of knowledge and expertise within Canada, as well as its reputation of quality, reliability, financial stability, and service excellence." In fact, Bond Brand Loyalty was owned by Maritz until last November, when the Canadian firm was sold to its management in order to let Maritz focus on its Maritz Motivation Solutions brand.
