Rideau Recognition Solutions was awarded three Spotlight Awards by Recognition Professionals International (RPI) at its 14th Annual Conference in San Antonio last month. 

Christi Gibson, director of strategic development at Rideau was recognized for contributions such as  serving as a member of the 2011 conference planning committee, the conference education task team, and organizing  this year’s partnership with the San Antonio Literacy Project. . RPI president Kevin Cronin called her “highly professional, creative, insightful, and always committed to excellence.”  

Incentive columnist Roy Saunderson, president of recognition management for Rideau, was an original RPI Certified CRP Facilitator. RPI recognized his contribution of time and expertise in assisting the CRP’s Facilitators Group and in the revision of the CRP program’s curricula.  

Barbara Ruddy, CRP, senior consultant and trainer for RMI, received her second Spotlight award for her work in delivering and revising all four of the CRP training modules. 

Peter Hart, CRP, Rideau president and CEO commented, “(i)t is no surprise to me that these three highly regarded professionals are being recognized by their peers for their commendable contributions to the recognition field.  They exemplify the Rideau employee – professional, committed, and involved in their communities.”

The Spotlight Award is presented annually to those RPI members who have gone above and beyond in supporting the organization throughout the year.
