The Incentive Manufacturers Representatives Alliance (IMRA) has elected a new president, officers, and board of directors for the 2018-2019 term.

Lore Rincon, sales manager at Continental Premium Corporation (pictured), will head up the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) strategic industry group (SIG) focused on incentive merchandise awards. 

A 16-year industry veteran, Rincon says it is "an honor to lead our Alliance with a dedicated and focused group of people on serving on our IMRA board this year. We will continue the steadfast work of promoting our membership and the incentive marketplace, which has been our driving force. The increased collaboration between all of the IMA SIGs will keep our necessary partnership engrossed in continuing to advocate the importance of incentives."
