The Incentive Marketing Association announced the winners of it prestigious Circle of Excellence awards at the 2017 IMA Summit, which took place July 23-27 in Orlando at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Walt Disney World.

The awards honor the best recognition and reward programs in six categories. (The author served as a Circle of Excellence judge this year.)

In the sales award category, the Circle of Excellence winner was Power2Motivate and its client PFU Limited-A Fujitsu Company for the Imaging Rewards program in support of the firm's EMEA region resellers of Fujitsu Scanners. The same program also took home the honors in the Customer Loyalty category.

The channel sales category was a two-way tie. One winner was Incentive Solutions and plumbing supply co. Ferguson, A Wolseley Company, for the Ferguson PRO Plus program. The other channel sales awardee was HMI Performance Incentives and its client Eaton Corporation for the Eaton Lighting Solutions division's "Get In. Get Away." program. 

In the Employee Incentive category, the Circle of Excellence recipient was Solterbeck Australia and its client Optus, the country's second largest telecom and a provider of mobile phones, television and Internet service, for its Pacesetters Employee Incentive and Rewards Program.

Solterbeck Australia also won a second award with another client, Westpac, Australia's oldest bank. The Westpac Recognition program took home the prize in the Employee Recognition category. 

Lyoness Management Americas was the recipient of the Social Responsibility prize for Greenfinity, a suite of social and environmental responsibility policies and practices.
