Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement 2011 Leadership Team

The Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement announced the formation of its 2011 leadership team, which includes the organization’s executive committee.

Keith Fenhaus, president of Hallmark Business Connections, Minneapolis, is the Forum’s new president. He is joined by new vice president Patty Sarri of Carlson Marketing, Minneapolis; treasurer Karen Renk, executive director of the Incentive Marketing Association, Naperville, IL; secretary Paula Godar of Maritz Performance Improvement, Fenton, MO; and past president Michelle M. Smith, vice president of business development for O.C. Tanner Co., Glendale, CA.

Jennifer Rosenzweig, founder and principal at Libera Consulting, Birmingham, MI, continues as research director; Frank Mulhern also will continue as the Forum’s academic director. Mulhern is associate dean of research at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and is a frequent Forum research contributor. He is joined by academic advisors James Pershing of Indiana University and James Oakley of the University of North Carolina.
