This past Sunday was Burns Day, the celebration of the great Scottish poet and author Robert Burns--perhaps best known in the U.S. for the New Year's Eve ballad "Auld Lang Syne"--so it is appropriate that we look to the Scottish isles this week for men's accessories by Dalvey.

Founded as a fine bagpipe and musical instrument maker in 1897, Dalvey evolved over the years into a men's accessories and apparel brand. Still based in the Highlands and owned and managed by the Dalvey family, the company's line of elegant men's accessories is available here.

Dalvey's line include travel clocks and watches, wallets and money clips, flasks, shaving equipment, business card cases, and desk accessories

Among these are the Voyager Clocks ($250), Dalvey's original and most popular travel clock, now in four new colors: blue (shown), black, white, and yellow. They incorporate luxury watch works, meticulously textured faces with finely crafted number and hand detailing. They are 2.75 inches wide and the same high when open.

The Sport Credit Card Case & Money Clip ($90) in a contrasting black and rich yellow, featuring a hexagonal texture. It holds 10 credit cards and has an engraveable stainless steel clip.

A compact version of the classic Dalvey Flask, the Sport Compact Flask ($99) is precision-engineered and deeply engraved. It has a capacity of 2.54 ounces and measures 3.45 inches.

Dalvey's Shaving Set & Stand in black ($335) features a stainless steel and black resin stand, razor (which accepts a Gillette Mach 3 blade), and best badger brush featuring a pure mix of stiffer badger hair to exfoliate the skin.
