It may be too cold for most Americans to plan their summer barbecues, but if you're looking to source incentive awards, it's prime time to ensure that your participants can take advantage of the first wave of warmth with all the equipment needed to grill the perfect cut of meat.

Maritz Motivation Solutions has a rich variety of grills and BBQs ready to be fired up. "We see that simple, classic grills are still in high demand," said Casey Epley, who's on Martiz's rewards marketing team.

The company's most popular brands are Weber, Char-Broil and Masterbuilt. For carnivores looking for that classic barbecue look, there's the Weber Original Kettle Premium 22" Charcoal Grill and Masterbuilt's 22.5" Kettle Grill.

Additionally, the Char-Broil TRU-Infrared Kettleman 22.5" Kettle Grill is designed to do more grilling with less charcoal. Its porcelain coated cooking grates are also designed to provide master grillers with even more control over their temperatures -- and the charcoal grate is adjustable, so you can move your food further or closer to the fire.

If you want to ensure that the new kettle grill is taking your steak to that perfect medium rare, all but the most seasoned master griller has to relay on temperature measurements, such as Maritz's Maverick RediCheck Bluetooth BBQ Thermometer. Epley notes it monitors grilling temperatures from an iPhone, iPad or Android device from up to 160 feet away.

But if you want a charcoal grill with all bells and whistles built into it, Weber itself offers its Summit Charcoal Grilling Center. For the master griller, it has 452 square inches of cooking area, a gas ignition system (the only way it uses gas) which ignites charcoal with the push of a button, and enough versatility that it can sear meat black and blue at high heat, or smoke your ribs and brisket low and slow.

Experiential awards are a huge and growing trend in the incentive industry right now, and Weber offers one that your award winners will not be able to buy on their own, said Jane Quinn, who works in B2B partnerships at Weber-Stephen Products LLC. "Weber will offer, to the incentive industry only, a service with this grill that includes delivery, assembly and 'product education' from an authorized Weber Service Agent," she said. Complementing the Summit grills are Weber's 100% Charcoal Briquettes.

Butch Lands, a buyer at Maritz, noted that while charcoal grills create better flavor, gas and even electric has the edge in terms of convenience. So for grillers who want to make things just a little easier, there's the Weber Genesis EP-330 Gas Grill LP and Cover. He added that smokers are becoming even more popular as consumers get more health-conscious.
