Omaha Steaks, a family-owned company that markets and distributes a wide variety of quality grain-fed beef and other gourmet foods, has added beef jerky, pork hunter's sausage, and a line of barbecue rubs to its offerings. 

The beef jerky is available in original, teriyaki, mild pepper, and smoky barbecue flavors, with additional flavors scheduled to be launched. 

The pork hunter's sausages consist of pork ground with spices. They are naturally cased, hung, and hickory-smoked for eight hours before being dried for up to five days. Flavors include original, teriyaki, red pepper, and barbecue.

The line of barbecue rubs can be used to add flavor to not only steaks but vegetables and dips as well. They are available in garlic and herb, sweet and smoky, and Asian BBQ, among other flavors. 

The new Omaha products are shelf-stable and meet lower incentive program price points.
