If there's one thing that unites families for the holidays, it's the joy of television.

If you're looking to go big and really wow your employees with something special, you need an OLED TV. OLEDs provide a better picture than their LED counterparts, which are backlit. However, they can be expensive, putting them outside the reach of the average consumer -- making them a real opportunity for employers looking to impress high-performing employees with a great gift.

Incentive merchants have some of the best offerings available. Take the Sony Smart Bravia 55" from Power Sales, a wonderful OLED offering that comes with all the bells and whistles you'd expect from a high-end TV. It has Bluetooth connectivity, three USB ports and an X1 Extreme processor -- meaning that if you're watching a favorite old show that wasn't shot in HDR, it will upscale to something close to 4K HDR quality. It also has 16 gigs of storage and built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant, and is Alexa-compatible.

The Sony Smart Bravia represents one of the company's earlier OLED designs. But in Summer 2018, Sony unveiled its next-level Master series. While consumer-facing, Sony's Master series is designed to give users an experience that's as close as possible to Sony's professional mastering monitors. Capitol Sales has a Sony Masters Series 65", available as a special order. It's compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa, has the X1 processor available in the Bravia, and it also has Netflix Calibrated Mode, which optimizes the stream from the Netflix app on your phone to give you the most accurate image possible.

Finally, there's LG's 65" Smart OLED with its AI ThinQ operating system, available through Rymax. ThinQ, LG's home automation operating system, supports both Google and Amazon Alexa home devices, and it's designed to give electronics a layer of intelligence that lets them anticipate user needs. The AI allows you to issue commands like, "switch off when the show is over."
