Teambuilding With the Boss

Carlo’s Bakery, the famed home of reality TV’s hit, the “Cake Boss” has a new 30,000 square feet state of the art cooking and baking facility where corporate groups can learn how to make cakes similar to those featured in Carlo’s Hoboken storefront. Groups take a behind the scenes look at the inner workings of Carlo's Bakery, followed by a course led by the Carlo's team.
The Hoboken bakery, owned by Buddy Valastro and his family, has been featured on the network TLC since 2009. Lines of customer wind around the block waiting their turn to buy pastry, cookies, or a cake. This new baking studio is in neighboring town Jersey City and can be used for team building programs or corporate incentives.
