Incentive Presents: Ask the RPI Expert

With a full-fledge recession threatening employee motivation and company productivity everywhere, it' no wonder more managers are looking into incentives and recognition to pick up the slack. On Feb. 18, Incentivemag.com presents to Incentive readers and Web site visitors a new monthly online column, Ask the Experts, to answer all of your plaguing recognition dilemmas.
