Sometimes the best way to a customer's heart is through his or her stomach. That's the thinking behind a new restaurant-centric gift card from coupon and promotional company Entertainment, based in Troy, MI. The new Dining Advantage program provides promotional gift cards with discounts at almost 120,000 local and national restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Like the popular Entertainment books, filled with coupons and discount offers, the Dining Advantage cards offer deals ranging from 2-for-1 deals to 50 percent discounts on local restaurants in numerous metropolitan areas. For example, in New York City, cardholders can get a free hot dog when they purchase one at Nathan's Hot Dogs, get 20 percent off their total food bill at the restaurant Slate, and get a free lunch or dinner entree at Turkish Cuisine.

The cards are available in increments of $25, $50, $100 as well as customized amounts. They can be purchased in bulk by a business for as low as a few dollars per card then distributed as a tool for customer acquisition or loyalty programs, as well as sales promotions, employee incentives, and more.

Consumers can redeem the special offers using the Dining Advantage mobile app, and can see all the available deals, build their own wish list, and rate or review their restaurant experience on the Dining Advantage website.
