On Sept. 15, National Gift Card Corp. (NGC) welcomed Bill St. Clair to the role of senior vice president of operations, where he will be responsible for leading the company's third-party fulfillment and gift card fulfillment, including oversight of staffing development, operational and strategic planning; short- and long-range budget planning, and system processes from NGC's Crystal Lake,IL-based headquarters.
A 25-year veteran of incentive fulfillment, St. Clair most recently oversaw merchandise rewards and was responsible for establishing the gift card fulfillment process at Missouri-based Maritz. Prior to Maritz, he was with Westinghouse Electric in St. Louis.
"Bill brings a wealth of fulfillment expertise and enthusiasm to the National Gift Card team," said NGC President Adam Van Witzenburg in a statement. "We believe he will bring new vitality and efficiency to our growing business in the USA, Canada, and Europe."
St. Clair says he is "looking forward to working with a team that is focused on doing big things while maintaining a family oriented culture."
Across the pond, National Gift Card Corp Europe (NGC Europe), a distributor and marketer for gift cards and digital codes, also made two recent appointments to its management team. 

Christine Rodriguez joined NGC Europe as head of brands development and Neil Pagnam has been named head of new business development. Rodriguez joins from Sodexo and Pagnam is formerly of Edenred.They join Finance Director Angela Turton and CEO Andrew Johnson to complete the management team at NGC Europe, which is a subsidiary of the USA-based National Gift Card Corp.

In related NGC news, the company also recently announced the addition of Cold Stone Creamery to its gift card offerings, with plastic gift cards available in denominations of $10, $25, and $50.
