CashStar, a provider of prepaid commerce solutions, announced that IDT Telecom is now using its CashStar Commerce platform to expand its portfolio of payment and value transfer services offered by its flagship Boss Revolution brand.

Customers of Boss Revolution, a widely trusted brand in foreign born and underbanked communities in the U.S., are now able to easily purchase digital gift cards from leading merchant and restaurant brands. In turn, CashStar has added another trusted distribution partner to its Exchange Network for merchants to leverage and reach new markets.

"The CashStar Commerce platform enables us to bring some of the most prominent names in retailing to the Boss Revolution retail network, comprised of more than 35,000 retailers nationwide. This is a significant step in our effort to offer a comprehensive portfolio of gift cards from both domestic and overseas retailers through our CashStar relationship." 

This partnership enables in-store consumers to easily select, personalize and send the digital gift cards to friends and family. In the coming months, IDT will be expanding the portfolio of gift card retailers offered over the Boss Revolution platform to include a wide selection of both domestic and overseas retailers. In addition, IDT is working with CashStar to add the digital gifting experience to its direct-to-consumer website and its award-winning Boss Revolution consumer mobile app this year.
