National Gift Card Corp. (NGC) launched a new propriety service this week—NGCvault—which enables gift card tracking and reporting for de-activated gift cards.

The Crystal Lake, IL–based company developed the new product for retail partners that have de-activated gift cards warehoused with NGC, allowing for real-time monitoring and managing of such inventory.

“This brings to our retail partners a fast, secure, and convenient way to have real-time visibility into de-activated gift card inventory housed at the NGC facility,” said Rick Rubin, NGC vice president of strategic partnerships.

Retail partners currently have access to three built-in reporting options via NGCvault:

Card Balance Report: shows the total number of de-activated gift cards by denomination value, as well as when gift cards were received/shipped by NGC.

Activation Requests Report: provides specific order details for every gift card activated, including dates, card value ranges and denominations.

Individual Card Lookup Report: gives retail partners the ability to search by individual card numbers for detailed information including date received and sent by NGC, denomination and order details.

NGCvault will be rolled out in phases to retail partners over the next several weeks. Additional reporting options will be available in the short term. For more information, call (888) 472-8747 or visit www.ngc-group.com. This page is protected by Copyright laws. Do Not Copy
