Jewelry makes an ideal reward for incentive program award winners, especially since its sparkle is already built in. A number of incentive houses carry a wide range of baubles, from chic bangles to luxe earrings studded with precious stones and gems.

The Emma earring set from Swarovski (pictured), for example, features clear glass crystals set in an intricate pave design. The simple button design makes these earrings ideal for both day and night. Swarovski crystal beads are produced in Austria, where the company has made its signature cut-crystal glass for more than 100 years. $65, Rymax Marketing, www.rymaxinc.com.

A distinctly more feminine option is the Alana Clear Crystal Glass earring set, also from Swarovski. The rhodium-plated heart design is studded with Pointiage glass crystals. $90, Rymax Marketing.

Sculptor-turned-jeweler David Yurman is known for his elegant twisted cable-inspired pieces, but his recent designs have departed from tradition. Yurman's blue topaz Albion Earrings feature large faceted stones set in sterling silver and bordered by pave diamonds. $1,950, Rymax Marketing.

For a bold flash of color, consider the Oceanic Siam Light Pendant from Swarovski. A large chestnut-cut red crystal is set off by tiny clear crystal beads in a rhodium setting. The pendant hangs from a braided rhodium chain. $160, Rymax Marketing.

Jewelry designer Carolyn Rafaelian, the founder of Rhode Island-based Alex and Ani, believes in infusing powerful symbolism into every piece she designs. Many Alex and Ani designs are available at incentive fulfillment provider TCMPi's "ChoiceEvents," where award winners can try on and select the bangles that are best for them, then either wear them home or have them gift wrapped.

Alex and Ani bangles replace traditional clasps with their very own patented sliding mechanisms that make each piece adjustable. This season's line includes the Eye of Horus Bangle, which features a single large round charm in either gold- or silver-plated finish. In Egyptian mythlogy, the Eye of Horus protects the wearer from evil. $24, TCMPi,  www.tcmpi.com.

For a stacked look, consider the Path of Life Charm Bangle (pictured) from Alex and Ani. The filigreed center charm is meant to illustrate life's twists, turns, and "unexpected winds," making it ideal for those who love to travel. It's available in a silver or gold finish. $28, TCMPi.

A slightly more colorful bangle option is the five-piece Lotus Peace Petal Charm set from Alex and Ani, which features Nile beads, a large lotus peace petal charm, shiny silver-plated brass beads, and either red or blue glass sea beads. $78, TCMPi.
